Nationally recognized home improvement show This Old House, recently featured (aired 01-28-06) Plumbing and heating expert Richard Trethewey and a specialist repairing a residential well system for a homeowner by replacing the pump and pressurized well tank. The pressurized well tank (model no. WX-302) and digital control switch are manufactured by Amtrol,Inc of West Warwick, RI. VR Industries manufactures the PCB for the The AMTROL'R™ Digital Control, a complete pump control for all well installations. Built with solid-state reliability, the AMTROL'R™ features an LED pressure display and integral pump protection.

After months of dedicated preparation to support and secure our "Readiness" position to meet the international lead free mandate for July 2006, the Vitronics Soltec Delta C Lead Free Wave Soldering System arrives at VR Industies.

The Delta platform soldering system is designed for three-shift, high volume production with maximum uptime. Consistent High Yields are assured because the Delta platform is configured with such features as; Digital Motor Control, Complete Maintenance Accessibility and a robust overall design.

Precise and repeatable soldering results are provided by digital motor controls which maintain variation to within 1 rpm. Closed loop controls maintain precise solder and preheat temperatures. Additionally,constant computer monitoring of wave height, flux density, and board temperature insure quality results.

The Delta paltform soldering system is designed with a complete array of options and can be customized to fit any soldering application or chemistry. Critical subsystems such as fluxer, preheat, or wave are easily interchangeable.
